1. Kabul
Ghogue uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
Ghogue, kullanıcıların fiziksel olarak ziyaret ettikleri yerleri harita üzerinde görselleştiren bir keşif takip uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, konum verisi toplayarak haritadaki sis perdesini kaldırır ve keşif istatistikleri sunar.
3. Hesap ve Kullanım
- Uygulama Apple ID'nizle çalışır, ayrı hesap gerekmez.
- iCloud senkronizasyonu isteğe bağlıdır ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir.
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
- Liderlik tablosunda uygunsuz veya yanıltıcı kullanıcı adları kullanamazsınız.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet
Ghogue uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu ve tüm içerikleri telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır.
5. Kullanıcı Verileri
- Konum verileriniz size aittir ve yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman JSON, GPX veya PDF formatında dışa aktarabilirsiniz.
6. Veri Aktarımı
Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden (Google Timeline, Fog of World, Polarsteps vb.) veri aktarırken yalnızca size ait verileri aktarabilirsiniz. Aktarılan veriler cihazınızda işlenir.
7. Konum Hizmetleri
- Temel işlevsellik için konum izni gereklidir.
- İzin vermeden veri aktarımı yapabilirsiniz.
- Arka plan konum izni opsiyoneldir.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
- Ghogue "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.
- GPS hassasiyeti cihaz ve çevresel koşullara bağlıdır.
- Ghogue navigasyon uygulaması değildir.
9. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
- Apple MapKit: Harita gösterimi
- Apple CloudKit: iCloud senkronizasyonu
- OpenStreetMap: Offline harita tile'ları
10. Yaş Sınırı
Ghogue 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir.
11. Fiyatlandırma
Ghogue ücretsizdir. Gelecekte isteğe bağlı premium özellikler sunulabilir.
12. Değişiklikler
Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim gönderilecektir.
13. Fesih
Koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hizmetlere erişiminizi kısıtlama hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Yerel verilerinize erişiminiz her zaman devam eder.
14. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
15. İletişim
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Ghogue application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Ghogue is an exploration tracking app that visualizes places you've physically visited on a map using a "fog of war" mechanic.
3. Account and Usage
- The app works with your Apple ID, no separate account needed.
- iCloud sync is optional and subject to Apple's terms.
- You may not use the app for illegal purposes.
- Inappropriate or misleading usernames on the leaderboard are prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
The Ghogue app, design, logo, and all content are protected by copyright.
5. User Data
- Your location data belongs to you and is stored only on your device.
- You can export your data anytime in JSON, GPX, or PDF format.
6. Data Import
When importing data from third-party services (Google Timeline, Fog of World, Polarsteps, etc.), you may only import data that belongs to you. Imported data is processed on your device.
7. Location Services
- Location permission is required for core functionality.
- You can use data import features without granting permission.
- Background location is optional.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Ghogue is provided "as is."
- GPS accuracy depends on device and environmental conditions.
- Ghogue is not a navigation app.
9. Third-Party Services
- Apple MapKit: Map display
- Apple CloudKit: iCloud sync
- OpenStreetMap: Offline map tiles
10. Age Requirement
Ghogue is intended for users aged 13 and above.
11. Pricing
Ghogue is free. Optional premium features may be offered in the future.
12. Changes
Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access to services if you violate these terms. Access to your local data always continues.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
